Michael Feighan To Release Solo Project ‘Someone Prayed’ October 15

It’s been a busy summer and fall for artist Michael Feighan, with the upcoming release of his solo project, Someone Prayed. The EP has four songs that were co-written by Feighan, and the record was produced by Matt Bissonette (Elton John, Ringo Star) and engineered by Grammy winner, Chris Lord-Alge. The project will be available at all digital music outlets, and is being distributed by Ingrooves.

The first single was released in late August, “I Still Believe,” which garnered high praise with the music video. The patriotic song is a tribute to our nation’s military, as Michael’s dad was a Chief Master Sargent, so those who serve our nation mean so much to both of these men. The “I Still Believe” music video debuted as a premiere with CCMMagazine.com and a Labor Day appearance with Feighan on TCT TV.

“I can’t say enough about how excited and humbled I am at how my first solo project turned out,” said Feighan. “It was a wonderful experience working with such a great team that I had in the studio. But more than anything, I pray the music will bring encouragement and a smile to all of those who listen to it.”

Feighan and his wife Christie have a heart for families and children around the world, after the adoption of their daughter from Russia, Tatiana. In October and November, Feighan will be performing at special events in Texas. On October 8th, Feighan performed for the Hilo Ministries Light The Path Gala, which supports children in foster care and those waiting for adoptions. The ministry is in the process of building a home for children up to 18 years old in order to provide a safe and stable Christian environment. On October 9th, Feighan performed and gave support to members of Seabatical Of Hope, which is a retreat for moms who have endured the loss of a child. Future events include a performance at Green Valley Baptist Church on Nov. 6th, and on Nov. 9th, another Hope Gala event with Dallas Jenkins, creator of The Chosen, in Beaumont, Texas.

“It is my goal to get out and minister these songs that God has given to me,” explains Feighan. “I want the music to uplift and bring healing, so that people will walk away knowing that God loves them more than they could ever imagine.”
