Arsenal will sign midfielder, Phillipe Coutinho, from Barcelona this summer on one condition.
According to Le10 Sport, Arsenal will sign Coutinho only if there is good news involving his knee injury.
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, is a huge admirer of Coutinho but any move for the 29-year-old hinges on his rehabilitation regarding a knee injury he sustained at the tail end of last season.
The report claimed that Arsenal chief executive, Edu, is planning on bringing in at least five new players to Emirates this summer, with moves for two midfielders, two full-backs and a centre-back all potentially on the cards.
Recall that Barcelona was keen to sell Coutinho last summer and the player’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, had held talks with Arsenal over a potential deal.
Coutinho joined Barcelona from Liverpool in a £145 million deal in January 2018.
