Everything that comes out of God must come with a message. We desire miracles. Every time you receive a miracle, always discern the message the miracle is passing across which is the message of the love of God. The Lord loves us with an eternal love and He uses the dimension of the miraculous to express that love. When God expresses His love for you, He has a level of jealousy for you and He is willing to guard that love with whatever it takes. The miraculous also expresses the might and the power of God. When we speak and make decrees, God honours it because we make those decrees through the name of Jesus. He does not respect the person speaking but the office which is Jesus Christ.
