Please join us in praying for Brian Green, Steven Curtis Chapman’s long-time keyboard player and bandleader, who passed away recently. Green had been hospitalized for several weeks with complications from COVID-19.
“Brian was (and is) truly one of the best and kindest men I’ve ever had the honor of knowing,” Steven Curtis Chapman posted on social media after hearing of Brian’s death.
“His love for his wife Wendi and his family, his love for Jesus, and his friendship all marked my life deeply…I’m a better man because I had the privilege of walking and working alongside Brian on our journey this side of the veil,” he added.
Steven Curtis Chapman continued, “And while there are no words for the depth of loss felt by all who knew him, especially his family, I’m so thankful that we can grieve with Hope knowing that the story of Brian’s life is so far from over…because the Gospel is true! Please join me in continuing to pray for Wendi and the Green family”
