Pastor Israel releases his sophomore album titled “The Proclamation”. The project embodies 8 tracks filled with anointed songs.

Israel earlier on released a beautiful live video for You Reign off the album. And accompanying this release is another video.

Speaking on the project, Pastor Israel said,
