MESSAGE:

I’m a man who has no time for petty talk or defending myself in the media. When people say all sorts about me or the Redeemed Christian Church of God, I don’t usually react because Exodus 14:14 says:

“The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”

If you are a genuine child of God, you wont go around defending yourself. Besides, whether you do good or bad, people will talk about you. Just remain on the side of good and see God fighting for you.

Is a lecturer victimizing you in school and failing you unnecessarily? Report him to your Father who is able to deliver you out of any unpleasant situation. Are you struggling with your grades in school and people are mocking you? Talk to your Father who is able to give you wisdom and understanding. Are you thinking of committing suicide because you think nothing good can come out of you? Please don’t do that. I decree that my God will deliver you from every unpleasant situation today in Jesus name. Amen.

PRAYER POINT:

Father, please turn every unpleasant situations in my life around today.

HYMN: My Faith Looks Up To Thee

  1. My faith looks up to Thee,
    Thou Lamb of Calvary,
    Saviour divine!
    Now hear me while I pray,
    Take all my guilt away;
    O let me from this day
    Be wholly Thine.
  2. May Thy rich grace impart
    Strength to my fainting heart,
    My zeal inspire;
    As Thou hast died for me,
    O may my love to Thee
    Pure, warm, and changeless be,
    A living fire.
  3. While life’s dark maze I tread,
    And griefs around me spread,
    Be Thou my guide;
    Bid darkness turn to day,
    Wipe sorrow’s tears away,
    Nor let me ever stray
    From Thee aside.
  4. When ends life’s transient dream,
    When death’s cold, sullen stream
    Shall o’er me roll,
    Blest Saviour, then in love,
    Fear and distrust remove;
    O bear me safe above,
    A ransomed soul.
